Can I update my website myself?
A custom HTML website can be updated by editing its files, or we can handle small updates for you. If you prefer an editing dashboard, we can discuss a CMS before the project begins. A CMS is particularly useful if you plan to publish or change content regularly.
What support is included after launch?
Your website includes three months of post-launch support, starting from the agreed launch date. This covers fixes for bugs in our delivered work and minor photo or text changes on existing pages, using content you provide. Update allowances and response times are agreed in your proposal. New pages, blog posts, redesigns and additional features are quoted separately.
Can you look after my website beyond the first three months?
Yes. Optional ongoing support can be arranged monthly, with the scope, update allowance and price agreed in advance. You can also request individual updates when needed.
Can we work together entirely by email?
Yes. Briefs, feedback and project updates can all be handled by email, so you can respond in your own time.
What do I need to get started?
A short description of your business, the pages you need, your preferred timing and any existing brand assets, text or photographs. We will confirm the details together before work starts.
Are hosting and domain costs included?
Domain registration and hosting are separate from the website design and development fee. We will confirm what your website needs and any recurring costs before you commit.
